Passion

Make time for your passion.
When you don't make the time - time disappears. QUICKLY.
Where did those 6 months go? Where did the week go?
Oh... too busy with TV? Kids? Work? Chores? School? Life stuff?
I know that when I make time for my passions...
I am happier.
More alive.
More Natalie.
Getting behind the lens of my camera is a passion of mine.
It is never going to be the same shot even if it is the same subject matter, the lighting will be different, the place, the distance... the angle, will all be new. As a photographer I never ever get tired of capturing all the beauty around me.
It's too beautiful not to capture.

I took out my sketchbook and even though I was really tired...
I did a simple sketch...
and I'm back to that place of passion.
Pure BLISS.
I'm not tired anymore - I could sketch and create all night.
Escape.
Passion.
YES.
What is your passion?
Singing?
Dancing?
Swimming?
Making Trains?
Hoola-Hooping?
Helping People?
Gardening?

Go.
Now.
Make TIME FOR YOUR Passion.
That thing you don't make enough time for.
That thing you love.
That thing your not sure you love but you think you love.

That one that lights you up like the Griswold's house on Christmas!

GO!

Feel the joy =)
It's inside you if you will make the time.
If not now...
When?!

Beach Day

Spending time near God's gifts is good for the soul.
This water revives me.
Soothes me.
Energizes me.
Inspires me.
Brings me joy and peace.
The power of the great Gitche Gumee!

Somehow I think the lake does the same for by best friend too...

Where do you find energy? Revival? Inspiration? Peace?
I'd love to hear about it!
I hope you can escape there soon....

Much MUCH Love and Joy,
Nat & Bear

Life Whispers

Embrace your journey in life, and accept that others have their OWN journey too.
How do we REALLY do what's best for us? Without the influence of friends and family? How do we really listen to the stillness of our own heart and spirit?
I read this post from Leonie the other day, and it touched me and made me think about life and who we really truly are, where we are meant to go, and who we are meant to be.
Today I was thinking about how so many people, question and judge other people's decisions in life.  They judge the way they live, the way they dress, where they work, what they do, how they raise their kids... on and on and on.
(I have been guilty of this)
And as hard as it may be we need to let others make their own choices - let others be who they are without judging. Just because they don't do it your way or the way you think is right...
it is THEIR journey (let them live it)
We are all raised a certain way and our wiring may tell us to do things one way, and for others it might be totally different.

But guess what...
That's perfect.
I am embracing this with the biggest open arms EVER!
Why?
Because judgement, and worry is a energy sucker, negative, icky, life sucking leech that will suck you dry! *True Story!*

FREE YOURSELF from any negative feelings you have about anyone/and or their choices.
I know it's hard. It's hard to escape it. It's hard to stand up to others to gossip. It's hard not to judge sometimes. You want the best for them. You want to fix them.

When we focus on what we think is the 'negative' in another pereson, by talking about others (gossiping) - you are putting yourself on a negative frequency.

I know it's hard because SO many people gossip.

Just don't do it.

Walk away. Run.

FREE YOURSELF OF JUDGEMENT!

It's not our place to judge anyone. Don't worry about what that your neighbor does, your co-worker dresses like, or how your friend chooses to live their life, or what your sister does with her kids.

It is their journey, their soul, their life.

You see when we free ourselves from the judgement of others
a beautiful thing happens...

Our own light can SHINE.

It's very freeing to just say it to yourself when judgemental thoughts come into your mind I tell myself
"Free yourself of the judgement!"
And I choose not to...
and I feel lighter.
Brighter.
Free.

Just for today or tomorrow - 'Free Yourself' and see you you feel.
xoxo

Friday's Bliss List

What's the Bliss List?!? Over at Liv's blog she celebrates the positive and I'm all about that! When we celebrate the good... more good comes! Being on the frequency of joy brings more JOY!
Yea to joy....

What a week I have had! Two days ago I started taking care of this guy!

While my bother looks for a new place, Mogley will be staying at our house!
I LOVE dogs, really if I could I would have 10 of them. But I can't, because well that would be insane and overwhelming, and I'd be... the crazy dog lady. Mogley is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO super hyper. Nothing like my chilled out golden. So I was a little overwhelmed this week- but thanks to the Radiant Goddess
e-course I am surviving a little bit of chaos and feeling awesome today!

So instead of choosing to focus on the negative I am focusing on a few of the positives for the week!

1. Thankful for my sweet and gentle giant who is perfect for me (Gift from God - wow!) literally both photos taken within the same minute...

2. Getting to celebrate my brother's 21st birthday with him last night! Makes me feel old.
3. Meditation - meditated daily has REALLY been awesome this week!
4. Seeing the Monarch's every where! They POPPED out a couple of days ago and they make me so happy every time I see them.
5. The most kind and giving mother - who just never stops GIVING. Gives all the time. LOTS OF LOVE. Gives everything, to everyone.
6. Thankful for the weekend ahead - lots of fun stuff planned for mothers day!
7. The amazing Goddess Circle
Hope you all have an amazing weekend! Happy Mother's day!
XOXOX
